Do you have what it takes to become a CTG Supplier?
We are very selective with the suppliers we onboard. If you have not operated within the TSD channel then there is one thing you must know going in that can save you time. At the TSD level, commission contracts are in perpetuity and for the life of the client. If you have not built this into your model and perpetuity is not acceptable then you can stop here. There are hundreds of examples of how well the channel performs and we are not in the business of trying to convince your leadership that you will miss out on a significant amount of business by not participating.

Our Minimum Expectations
Technology suppliers
- You service contact centers as your primary buyer
- You are a profitable business or have a clear provable path to profitability
- You have a minimum of 100 clients
- You can clearly articulate and provide product differentiation in the market
- You have US presence that represents your channel and direct sales in North America
We are looking for cutting edge, not bleeding edge companies. These Guidelines give you a general outline of our minimum expectations.
BPOs
- You must have a team on the Channel and sales side that is available during US hours
- You must have around 500 active seats
- Your technology strategy must be integrated into your outsourcing offer or be willing to work with us to bring in the technology in order to be onboarded fully
- You should no have more then 20% of your seats with one client

Step 1
Start by expressing your interest through our dedicated supplier channel. Fill out our form on this page and answer the questions to the best of your ability. You will be notified after review of your website and form if we would like to schedule an introduction call.
Initial Review
Step 2
One of our product teams will have a 30 minute introduction call to get to know you and your company. You will be notified on that call if it makes sense to move to the next stage of the review process
Review Process
Step 3
Evaluation: After a Mutual NDA is signed we will schedule a one hour review of your technology or services, your financial well being as a company and provide more details of the total network and process. A contract will be supplied (we will only use our contracts) and if everything is agreed upon then you will move to the next step.
Onboarding
Step 4
Onboarding: You will be invited to an onboarding session to familiarize you with our processes, tools, and how we work together to achieve mutual success. At this time we expect to have your folder filled with up to date content that enables the Gurus to be successful in identifying and bringing you the right clients. A training session for our Gurus will also be scheduled at this time.
Launch
Step 5
Launch: Your Guru Training session is the official launch and moving forward you will have opportunities to participate in Guru and client facing events.

Partner Success: Our supplier relations team will continue to support you, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed in our network.
